Every business, regardless of size, is required to have some type of safety program in place. Under the General Duty Clause of the OSH law, employer and employees have safety responsibilities they must adhere to. Come learn about the hazards associated with a workplace, and the best methods to control them. You will leave this course being equipped with your knowledge of the key elements for well-functioning health, safety programs, and basic legal requirements for a healthy and safe environment. Attendees will gain an upstanding of how to:

• obtain a better understanding of safety for small businesses regardless of the size
• establish or update a safety program
• understand regulations and requirements for a safety program
• develop a positive safety culture
