Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional Program

The Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) Program focuses on the special interests on M&A intermediaries and business brokers serving private companies in the middle market and business owners and leadership teams preparing for an acquisition or sale.  The CM&AP program provides participants with the analytical and business tools needed to lead an organizations through a successful transaction from strategy assessment to valuation, diligence, tax considerations, legal issues, and negotiations.

The program, delivered in 10 synchronous, online via Zoom sessions, is part of the Coles College M&A Academy which is dedicated to serving the M&A community of corporate specialists and service professionals.   We are proud to partner with M&A Source (masource.org).
