Location : ONLINE *** There is an 18 seat limitation to online training per the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Description: The 42-Hour training covers all the aspects of the divorce process. Topics covered are child support, parenting financial issues within the family and the complexities of diverse cultures. Domestci mediation is the most oftern used and refer to in the Court system. Prerequisities & Important Information: Trainees seeking to become registered domestic relations mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR) must first have completer the 40-Hour General Civil Mediation Training, registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and have a 4-year degree. Trainer: John F. Martin, Esq. MBA, MSCM Registered Mediator / Arbitrator / Conflict Coach with the Louisiana State BAr and the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.. Deadline to register: April 16, 2026 Cancellation Policy: Prior to April 9, 2026, a full refund. A $400.00 cancellation fee will be imposed from April 9-16, 2026.
