28-Hour General Civil Mediation Training
This training focuses on an understanding of the mediation process, communication skills, problem-solving skills, agreement writing, and mediation ethics.  Mediation skills are taught in ahighly interactive format through short lecture, group discussion, focused exercises, and coached role play. The training meets general civil mediation training requirements for registration with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GODR).  In addition, the workshop is approved for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) hours (28 regular and 3 ethics).

12-Hour General Civil Practicum
The 12-hour practicum will build upon the skills introduced during the General Civil Mediation Training.  It provides an opportunity for you to observe, reflect on, and discuss the practice of mediation. The practicum may be taken in lieu of 5 real case observations in mediaiton  for th Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution registration purposes.
