2024 Architecture Summer Design Workshop

This two week workshop introduces the Architecture program to new First-Year Architecture Majors. It is designed to help students integrate into studio culture and to introduce them to basic design concepts, tools, techniques, and resources.
 
July 14th through July 26th, 2024

The standard registration fee of $800 covers the purchase of the required First-Year (ARCH 1001) Design material 'KIT' at a discounted price. It also funds the various social events facilitated by the Department and our Architecture Department registered student groups (AIAS, NOMAS, APX) to include an exhibit reception open to family and friends of the participants.

A Meal Plan (which is recommended for all staying in campus housing) and Parking can be added at an additional cost at checkout.

Prices range from $800.00 to $1,480.00 (price depends on options selected)

  • Workshop Only (includes Design material 'KIT' at a discounted price) = $800.00
  • Campus Housing (12 nights and 13 days) = $380.00
  • Meal Plan (includes two meals per day for 10 days) = $260
    • Please note that Breakfast and Weekend Meals are NOT provided
  • Parking (on campus per car for 13 days) = $40
Please note that the last day to register for campus housing, the meal plan, and parking is 12:00pm on Friday, June 28th. 
Workshop registration will remain open until 5:00pm on Monday, July 8th.
