Program Description:
Executive Leadership Program for Managers & Directors  is a high-impact hybrid experience program, approximately 20 hours online content and five full-day classroom application sessions.  This leadership development certificate program is designed for busy professionals as well as organizations who want to master skills needed to transition from management effectiveness to leadership excellence.  The program focuses on the 8 leader roles and 24 competencies that can produce a highly respected leaders and change-makers.
