Events

InfoSecCD Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is applied to attendee registrations only. Cancellation requests must be received by the dates outlined below in order to ensure proper refunds. Refunds will be made if FAXED or MAILED SIGNED notice of cancellation is received no later than the following dates for the corresponding refunds to be received.

Cancellations sent via e-mail, cancellations without the signature of the registrant, or those received after September 1, will not be accepted and the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee structure as stated above. If the registrant submitted a paper and was scheduled to make a presentation, no refunds will be made after the paper is accepted in camera-ready copy.

If for any reason the conference is rescheduled due to events beyond the conference committee's control, all registration fees will be transferred to the new date. Should a registrant not be able to make the new date, a 50% refund will be issued if the request is made at least 30 days before the date of the rescheduled conference.

By submitting payment you are agreeing to the above cancellation policy. As a public educational institution, Kennesaw State University is exempt from United States federal income tax. Registration fees and registration fees paid to KSU for this conference are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deducted as ordinary and necessary business expenses.

If you have any questions or comments about submissions or requirements please direct them to the program chair at infosec [at] kennesaw.edu.

SECCDC Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations sent via e-mail, cancellations without the signature of the registrant, or those received after 14 days prior to the SECCDQC will not be accepted and the registrant institution will be liable for the full registration.

The registration fee applies to both sponsorship fees and registration fees for the SECCDQC and on-site SECCDC. Submission of a registration fee does not guarantee a team a place in the on-site competition. If a team does not make the top 8 teams in the SECCDQC, they are NOT eligible for a refund.

If for any reason the competition is rescheduled due to events beyond the competition committee's control, all registration and sponsorship fees will be transferred to the new date. Should a competition team not be able to make the new date, a 50% refund will be issued if the request is made at least 14 days before the date of the rescheduled competition (SECCDQC only).

By submitting payment, you are agreeing to the above cancellation policy. As a public educational institution, Kennesaw State University is exempt from United States federal income tax. Registration fees paid to KSU for this competition are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deducted as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
