M&A Source Certified M&A Professional Program - Spring 2019

The M&A Source Certified M&A Professional Program is a five-day program offered by the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University to members and guests of The M&A Source and the International Business Brokers Association. All phases of a successful M&A transaction – strategy assessment; validation and diligence; business valuation; deal structuring and negotiations; private equity funding and financing; tax planning; – are covered, including a special focus on best practices in preparing a selling business for a successful outcome.

The program is an adaptation of the educational/certification program associated with the unique Coles College M&A Academy, which is dedicated to enhancing and sustaining the ability of M&A service professionals to lead organizations through successful business acquisitions and divestitures. In addition to qualifying participants for a certificate from Coles College of Business, successful completion of the program also fully satisfies the educational requirements of the M&A Master Intermediary (M&AMI) certification from The M&A Source.
